Glad you could join me for my first posting on my new site about sleep. Being a nightshift nurse for many years, I have seen that sleep is a big problem for many people. My patients stating to me that they can’t sleep. Do I have a sleeping pill that they can take? Others stating that sleeping pills don’t work for them or that they only last for a short period of time. These are people with chronic sleeping problems or also known as insomniacs. (more…)
